1. Contact and orders

The storefront uses the Aethraworkshop brand. For order questions, return requests, or warranty issues, email aethrawood@gmail.com and include your order number. The order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order.

2. Handmade products

Product pages describe the known materials, dimensions, availability, and care information. Images are representative. Handmade pieces may have small variations in color, texture, or weave. These variations do not limit your rights when an item is materially different from its listing or arrives defective.

One-of-a-kind items are subject to availability when the order is processed. If we cannot supply an item after payment, we will notify you and issue the refund required by applicable law.

3. Prices, taxes, and payment

The currency, product price, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown in checkout before the order is submitted. Review checkout for any import duties or charges that may be collected by customs or the carrier at delivery. Available payment methods are those shown in Shopify checkout.

Shopify provides checkout and payment processing; Aethraworkshop offers the products. If we identify a material pricing or availability error before accepting an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid if we cannot fulfill it.

4. Shipping and delays

We will ship within the time stated at checkout. If no shipment time is stated, the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule generally requires shipment within thirty (30) days. If we cannot meet the stated time, we will notify you and provide the choice required by law, including agreeing to a delay or canceling for a refund.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carriers and customs. This does not waive refund or cancellation rights that apply by law.

5. Returns, refunds, and warranty

Our currently published returns policy describes orders delivered in Colombia and does not set voluntary return terms for U.S. orders. For a U.S. order, email aethrawood@gmail.com before sending an item back. Any non-waivable federal, state, or local consumer rights and remedies continue to apply.

For an item that arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from its listing, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review it and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

6. Site content and changes

The Aethraworkshop name, photographs, text, and other site materials may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission, except as allowed by law.

The current version of these terms will be available on the site. Changes apply to future purchases and do not remove rights associated with earlier orders.
